Don't refuse the upsales or you'll be treated like dirt I brought my car in for an oil consumption recall. It failed so they were gonna do the repair. It took them over a month to get the parts. Two days after dropping my car of my "service advisor" called for a bunch of upsales he wanted to do while he was working on it. I said no thanks. His tone and attitude changed immediately. He said my car would be ready the next week. This was on a friday. I called back the next tuesday and asked if my car was ready. He said "yeah come pick it up". They bring my car back out to me and the exhaust is sooo loud. They had pieces the exhaust system back together with sheet metal screws. It was horrible. I'm going to pay to have someone else fix the exhaust because I'm so scared to bring my car back to the Grappone Toyota dealer. I don't think I'll ever bring my car back for a recal and I always buy toyotas. I'm so afraid to leave my vehicle with the dealer I'd rather take the risk not doing the recalls More

Best Car Buying Experience Yet I was in a peculiar situation during the time I was looking for a new vehicle. I had been to multiple other dealerships and had terrible experiences a I was in a peculiar situation during the time I was looking for a new vehicle. I had been to multiple other dealerships and had terrible experiences and was feeling very discouraged. My fiancé finally suggested we go to Grappone because he had a positive experience there, even though he did not end up purchasing a vehicle. We drove over 60 miles to get there and I'm so, so glad we did. We were greeted relatively quickly by Taylor, who was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic at her job. My fiancé and I both have worked in sales before, so we have high expectations when it comes to sales people and Taylor is BY FAR one of the best we have ever encountered. I told Taylor what I was looking for' something different than just a sedan, something economical, quiet (in terms of road noise), and safe, and something comfortable as I have back problems and always have problems finding comfortable vehicles. We had already had a Scion iM in mind, but before we even told Taylor that, she recommended the Scion TC and iM. We test drove both and Taylor was extremely knowledgeable about both vehicles and kept all of my concerns in mind at all times. I fell in love with the iM but could not purchase (lease, rather) that day. I was on a very specific schedule for this purchase, as I was going to be terminating a lease early. We made an appointment to complete everything on a day that I had prior engagements at home (which again, is 60 miles away) and I needed to leave by a certain time. Taylor, and the rest of the Grappone team, got us in and out within about 2 hours and I made it home with time left to spare. Everyone at Grappone was extremely respectful of my time which means so much to me. At no point during this process did I ever feel pressured to purchase this vehicle. At other dealerships, I felt pressured, but I also felt judged because of my budget. I literally had a sales person say to me, "I'm not going to even discuss the possibility of putting you in a vehicle you can't afford." And it turned out I could have afforded that vehicle over the vehicle the sales person was trying to get me in! Taylor was very conscientious of my budget even though the pricing is very straightforward at Grappone, and negotiation isn't an issue. She humored me wanting to look at other cars in addition to the iM, but was honest about how much it would cost me, but never made me feel like I couldn't afford something. After my transaction was completed, I needed to call the dealership the next day and everyone I spoke to that day was fantastic as well. Grappone is literally the easiest dealership to work with. My fiancé and I have already decided we will be doing our car buying business through them for a very long time. More

My experience with Sarah Emery, the sales guru, was pleasant, professional and believe it or not, it was fun! Sarah's knowledge of the Toyota Tacoma is excellent. Any questions I had were immediately answered to my satisfaction. There was no chasing an answer or checking with someone else. She just knew! My trade in resulted in a rollover to a down payment! She was sweet, down to earth, easy to talk to and highly knowledgable of the trucks I was interested in. The rest of the staff was great as well, from the guy who greeted us (sorry I didn't catch his name), to Carol who did the appraisal to Taylor who did final paperwork, they were all very friendly, helpful and professional. If the Service Department is any where near as good as the Sales Department I am going to be a very happy Toyota owner. More
