My trade in was evaluated with my assistance. There were zero back and forth trips with my salesman and a faceless person in the finance department. My salesman, Toby Ireland, was NOT a salesman. He was an instant friend helping me find a new vehicle. It is a rare occassion to find someone who can "speak car" (mpg, engine size, safety features, etc) but also understand the need for the vehicle to fit the person. My salesman, Toby Ireland, met me in the lot and immediately made my feel comfortable. We talked at length about what I needed in a new vehicle. Toby took the time to listen to my concerns and offered assurances along the way that what I was asking was possible. Team Leader, Jim McMurchy, worked to find the best car to fit my needs and it wasn't long before I was test driving what would become my new car!
