Happy Except for One Issuie I was under the impression that the Hyundai Sport I was purchasing had the actual temperature feature shown on the dashboard The reason I say this I was under the impression that the Hyundai Sport I was purchasing had the actual temperature feature shown on the dashboard The reason I say this is because the Salesperson showed me his" I-Phone" smart phone Remote Feature Via Blue link Where you could start the Car and adjust the temperature. After I purchased the car and got it home I tried that feature -Next day I came in and was told that feature was not in the trim package I purchased-My Salesperson was out that day When I spoke to my Salespersom several Days later he indicated that He has a "IPHONE" and on his particular phone he has that feature and OPPS he just showed it for illustrative purposes NO one to fault but my myself -BUYER BEWARE- These Cars have so many Trim levels and Features in the heat of the moment it gets a little Muddy however Grappone Hyundai should accept some or all responsibility for this issuie More

He was the best car salesman that I have ever spoken to. He was very professional and we never felt pressured. he was very factual and straight forward with everything even the negatives. There was never anything that was hidden, forgotten about, or missing. At first I wasn't sure about Grappone because I have heard some negative things, but I was easily proved wrong by the service that he provided us. I have actually already talked about my car buying experience with other people who might be in the market for a new car. I could have bought the same car at a bunch of different dealerships, but I don't think I would have had the same amazing experience and been so pleased!
