Purchased new car in October and the sales process was painless - which is not common with car dealers. These men helped me get a car 9 months ago (May 2009). My credit wasn't perfect, I hadn't had a car for 9 months, I had no money to put down, BUT I knew I could make the payments. We looked at new cars and o credit wasn't perfect, I hadn't had a car for 9 months, I had no money to put down, BUT I knew I could make the payments. We looked at new cars and old cars and finally I tried the 2008 ad car and loved it. It was the most inexpensive car on the lot and my interest rate was high, BUT it was mine. These guys worked hard to get me into this car and I appreciated that. Adam told me to make my payments on time and call back in 8-9 months and he would work on getting me a better interest rate. I called Adam and left a message and in the mean time Mike sent me an email. He felt he could get me into a 2010 with a lower interest rate and a reasonable payment. He did that! The payment is a little more, but I can do it and I got a car 2 years newer and a better interest rate. Thye again told me to call back in 8-9 months and they will try to lower my interest rate. I told them I would call them, but please don't sell me a new car in 9 months! We shall see. Every one was excellent the whole way and I "hate car salesman", but Mike and Adam were different. They really cared about me and what I needed and what I wanted and what I could afford. They were awesome and I will be doing business with them for years to come and I will be sending friends there to buy cars. Thank you very much. Sarah J Wolfe More
