Every time I go into the dealership for service I am waited on immediately and my car is more times than not done sooner than promised. This was our first experience with Grappone and it was excellent. We will hesitate to return for future service on our Sante Fe. There was no pressure to add unnecessary charges to our repair. The timing belt on our first used 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe broke and would have cost $3,000 to repair. When my wife & I were shopping for our first EVER new car When my wife & I were shopping for our first EVER new car back in 2005 , we quickly found ourselves frustrated , overwhelmed , and discouraged. Not o When my wife & I were shopping for our first EVER new car back in 2005 , we quickly found ourselves frustrated , overwhelmed , and discouraged. Not only was there a barrage of adds , features, dealerships ,and models to choose from , but there was also the whole gamut of dealership "personalities" to sort out. After 3 months of off-and-on shopping , I had decided to suspend the search ,which was killing weekend after weekend, when my wife wandered over to Grappone Hyundai and found that the SantaFe and Tucson models had the features we were hoping to get in one package. Salesman Adahm Darwish (spelling?)amazed us by being the first "regular guy" we had run into in 3 long months. He KNEW the vehicles he was recommending ,applied no pressure, and ultimately let the right vehicle "sell-itself". The 2005 SantaFe has turned out to an amazing SUV: reliable,fun ,powerful, and unstoppable in bad weather. The prospect of 14 inches of snow with freezing rain on top of it, going uphill to get home in the dark no longer keeps me awake at nite. (Does living on the corner of Pinnacle and Summit Streets give you a frightening N.H winter image?).The Grappone after the sale team is without a doubt the best ever. Easy appointments , no balony explanations, honest talk. Becky and Lee know who I am when I walk through the door. They know what I need when I walk in. They know my first name. I'm pretty sure my employer doesn't even know my first name. If the Grappone Hyundai dealership moved to Green Bay Wisconsin , I would go there to buy my next car, which will without a doubt be a new SantaFe....and by the way you wont get the 2005 SantaFe as a trade-in. I was in the market for a new 2009 Hyundai Vera Cruz. It was nearing the end of the year and I was hoping to find a good deal on the right vehicle. Grappone had two of the Vera Cruzes on their lot, so we w was nearing the end of the year and I was hoping to find a good deal on the right vehicle. Grappone had two of the Vera Cruzes on their lot, so we went to take a look. It was an incredibly comfortable, yet professional experience. I absolutely drove away in the right SUV for me and at a price that fit my needs as well. No pressure, but instead, I felt appreciated for shopping with them and then for making the purchase. In addition, I contracted for all of my services to be done at Grappone, including oil changes. So far, the service department has also been a pleasure to work with. I especially appreciate the ability to utilize a loaner when I've had to leave my car overnight. It's clear that my time is considered as valuable as theirs. I have already recommended Grappone to friends. I hope they will take that into consideration when they are in the market. More
