My first visit to Grappone was in 1965. I was visiting from Nevada and had a problem with my Mercury. I was so very impressed with the friendly and expert service that when I moved to NH 5 years ago Grap from Nevada and had a problem with my Mercury. I was so very impressed with the friendly and expert service that when I moved to NH 5 years ago Grappone was my choice for service on my Hyundai Entourage. I have recommended this dealer to several people over the years and will continue to do so. I am treated like a valued guest when I come in for service. I am kept informed with how work is progressing and every thing that needs to be done is explained to me in detail. I am told what options there are and how much I can expect to spend for the suggested service. The work done has never exceeded the estimates and the labor charges seem quite resonable. As an older single woman I certainly appreciate having a dealer that I not only trust but also enjoy visiting! More

I have a very good experience because I had already done my research, called ahead, told them to have the car ready for pick-up at 7:30 PM. The only thing that was not perfect was the fact that I had cash a my research, called ahead, told them to have the car ready for pick-up at 7:30 PM. The only thing that was not perfect was the fact that I had cash and the finance person was spending a lot of time on the person before me. In a different situation and a different time, I may have walked out the door. I need to wait for over 90 minutes to sign the final paper work after arriving at the dealership. I said nothing about it to anyone at the time, but did call Kevin Mull back after a day or so to let him know that the deal would have been ideal if I did not wait with my wife an extra 90 minutes. With cash in hand, we should have been in and out of the dealership in one hour tops: Not two hours. Kevin was in agreement that they should taken my "very easy purchase" and expedited it more quickly. Money talks.........and you know the rest. More
I purchased two cars in two years. The first sales did a very good job but the second was not quite good. Service department is good though price can be lower. Every time I go to have my car serviced they immediately ask if they can help me and the wait for service is always less time than anticipated. Each time I've been to the Grappone Hyundai Service Center they've been able to get me in & out quickly. I appreciate the professionalism/dedication of your staff. I no longer dread going in for automobile service! I love that appointments can be confirmed on line after hours. My appointments are always honored, on time, with accurate if not less wait times. My favorite part -- I'm not pressured into doing "un-planned" repair work each time I go in. Past dealerships always found something additional that "had" to be done before I left which always left me feeling cheated. I love my car with no plans on turning in any time soon, but when I do get ready for my next vehicle - I WILL be buying from Grappone! More

The service department is always very easy to work with. Booking appointments on the website is very convenient, there are always times that work for me. Anytime my car was not going to be done when originally advised (due to extenuating circumstances such as part availability or weather) I have been able to get a very inexpensive rental car. More
