I had an issue with my car. The service dept was very accommodating to me. The car was pulling to the right and way too much road noise. My car now drives like a dream. They fixed it right up. It had been nearly 10 yrs since my last car purchase, so I made sure to take my time and research my options. The day of the test drive I got lost (no comment) but called for help and spoke to a very nice girl who laughed with me and steered me in the right direction. Even stayed on the phone with me until I pulled into the driveway! Unfortunately (or fortunately for them), the car I had hoped to drive had already been sold. I was disappointed - moreso that no one had notified me of this prior to my arrival. I was told the website is not always up to date (and apparently the gal who scheduled my test drive was out of the loop as well) so I recommend anyone scheduling a test drive this way call the DAY of your test drive to make sure they still have the car! Luckily there was a similar car still on the lot around the same price. They allowed me to test drive by myself which meant I didn't get the down low on the features or car history. And since I was there late afternoon to closing (it was very obvious when quitting time hit) I didn't feel as if I had time to drill anyone about the history of the vehicle. Since I was looking at a spotless Honda with very few miles, I wasn't worried about getting a lemon so I bought it. I spent a lot of time in someone's office by myself while paperwork was finalized and the car was washed. My concern about the tire pressure light being on was brushed aside, was explained that such feature is more of an annoyance than anything. Needless to say, the next day I spent some time at the air pump (one tire was scary low). I was the last person to leave the dealership, left to clean out my old car in a deserted parking lot. Now a month later, I've only been back once to get my inspection sticker and new wiper blades. I must add that Lee Mossey is extremely helpful, friendly and the shining star in a drab office full of salesmen. More
My only concern was what appeared to be "hidden charge" of $3.95 for "haz mat." All charges should be explained clearly and simply. Also, take care of that spelling error (expectional). Having worked in the car business, a few years ago, I am very sensitive to customer service proceedures. I am amazed at the treatment afforded by Grappone Hyundai toward their service customers. The people are straighforward and LISTEN to the customer before attempting solutions to their problems. The waiting rooms are immaculate and the special baking done by Lee Mossey does not hurt the experience one iota. Hopefully I won't be scheduling my next Hyundai service based on her excellent free food and kindness. More

Buying a new vehicle is not something that I have done in many, many years. I spent a month researching various Hyundai dealer's in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Connecticut to ensure that I received the many, many years. That was accomplished by an extremely satisfying experience with Grappone Hyundai. Starting with the professional diligent efforts of Brenda Sarette at initial contact and continuing with a knowledgeable, no pressure demeanor provided by Adham Darwash during the sales process I couldn't be more satisfied. Despite the scarcity of locating the specific Sonata Limited Turbo configuration and color combination of the vehicle I wanted, Adam Green was able to secure it after many other Hyundai dealerships couldn't. There is no question that Grappone stands above all others both in their diligence and effort of satisfying the customer. As a retired senior staff manager I recognize the importance of key contributors and their respective importance to the organization and the success of the company. The people representing Grappone Hyundai on this purchase are why I will strongly recommend Grappone to others. I look forward to working with the Grappone Service personnel as I enjoy my new vehicle. More

I purchased a brand new Hyundai Elantra Touring from Grappone Hyundai in Bow, It was an awesome experience and was very happy with my sales person Gary. This was a very different experience than the two other Hyundai dealerships I had been to. Now I make major service appointment at that dealer when I visit my Sister in New Hamsphire. In 2007 my 2004 sonata got total in a accident and I brought a 2007 Santa Fe I continue to bring it in to this dealer for maintance major service all the way from New York. I have 57,034 mile soon will be approaching the 60,000 miles major service. Once again I be making time to schedule service appointment for 60,000 service when I visit my sister in late fall. I like them they provide me with a loaner for the day to use as my suv is being serviced. I'm a loyal hyundai customer being driving a Hyundai since introduce in USA back in 1986 (the excel) I was 22 my frist NEW brought car. My 2007 Santa Fe make it the fifth hyundai vehicle I owned. I know in a few year I be a again a new car owner and the make will be Hyundai brand. I'm happy and no regard. More
