What a great experience we had. The vehicle we had gone to see had been sold, but we had a list of other vehicles that other dealers in the Grappone family had. Gary said he would helping us to look at al to see had been sold, but we had a list of other vehicles that other dealers in the Grappone family had. Gary said he would helping us to look at all of the vehicles we wanted to see. He offerred to bring each one (we had a list of about 8 vehicles) to the dealership (Hyundai) where we met him. We said it would be fine for us togo to each lot. Narrowed our search at the Honda lot to one Accord which we took for a test ride. After the test ride we drove the prospective Accord around the Ford dealership lot. We decided to purchase the car we tested. Gary listened to what we had to say about the vehicle after the test ride and closely reviewing the CarFax. We feel he worked for us to come to a fair deal. He stayed with us the whole time, even working through the finance papers. When it came time to give us the key(s), he had only one. One key for 2 people when they each have their own set of keys does not work. Without us asking, Gary left his cube and retuned with a "We Owe" slip and wrote "1 key". What a great relief that the Grappone dealership stepped up and provide the second key at no additional charge. We would not hesitate to look for Gary for our next vehicle if Grappone has what we are looking for (and it's a 3 hour ride for us from VT). More

I came into the dealership mainly because I received an offer for a $25 gas card and I was curious to see if I could trade my car and get something else reasonable. I really didn't expect to be able to trade but they proved me wrong and I left VERY happy with the deal I got. The time spent at the dealership was minimal and pleasant. I never felt pressured by the salesmen. The price was great for the vehicle. I found Grappone via Overstock.com looking for an 2011 Elantra Touring. Ashley responded and sent me a quote. She followed up a few times in a persistent, but not annoying way. When we spoke she was very helpful working through what inventory was available and what options. She sent me emails and information on exactly what was in stock and walked me through how to apply for financing online (a SUPER easy process- I set aside 30 minutes because I thought I would need to enter a ton of information but it took me exactly 3 minutes). After speaking with Brian about financing I decided to head down the next day. I was greeted by Kevin who was helpful, courteous, and conversational. He even noticed some Grateful Dead stickers on my trade-in and tuned in the Grateful Dead station on the satellite radio - that's a nice touch. Got a great price via overstock.com, had great service and was not 'sold'. They presented information and options and let me choose what I wanted to do. I showed up test drove the car I wanted and drove off the lot all within 2 hours - and a chunk of that time was Kevin showing me the vehicle. Overall a great experience. More
