I bought a Santa Fe little over four years ago. But is was time to upgrade to a Hyundai Elantra. I didn't know what I really wanted but I didn't want another All Wheel Drive Vehicle. To be honest, tires where an issue and if I blew a tire I had to replace them all. I didn't want to go down this road anymore. When I showed up with my husband and 7 year old to look. Theresa came out to great us. She was so very pleasant and easy to talk too. To be quite honest, I was very nervous about buying another car at a dealership. Not that my last experience was bad it was quite the opposite. I didn't think I would strike gold twice. But I did. I explained my issues regarding my Santa Fe and explained that I wanted either a 4 wheel drive or a 2 wheel drive. Well, she showed me some cars. My husband had his eye on this black Elantra. She asked me to take it for a test drive. Well I did of course and SOLD......... The experience, confidence and knowledge of everyone at Grappone is terrific. They really know their vehicles and I am so glad that Hyundai stands behind there product. I did buy the bronze maintenance plan. This will come in very handy. I do have one problem with my cell phone not working correctly with the navigational device, but I am truly sure it is something I did. As it did work when I left Grappone. I must be missing a step. I have called and have been told by the Sales Manager to stop by and will trouble shoot the problem with me. That's what I need, one hands training. More
Adham was very calm, quiet, not pushy, listened to me and within minutes of me explaining what I was looking for had me looking at the car I purchased. We had narrowed down our choice of cars to the Honda CR-V and the Hyundai Santa Fe. The Honda dealership insisted we come to their lot before telling us what cars were in stock. We had to drive 60 miles from Massachusetts to get the car but Brianna Blanchard had everything done in advance - no haggling, no playing games just the price we got off the Consumer Reports website with a few additional options thrown (because the vehicle already came with them) at no extra cost. Knowing we were driving some distance, Brenna Sarette sent us a you tube link to the vehicle we were hoping to buy. We got there at 7.30 p.m. (they close at 8) and they stayed on till almost 9 p.m. till we got the test drive and everything else done. Compared to our previous experiences this was actually a pleasant experience. So far, so good. I have already recommended Brenna and Brianna to a number of people we know but the main issue is the distance from where we live. The 2 of them were a breath of fresh air compared to the Honda dealerships we went to (Cambridge Honda and Atamian Honda) ....waiting around for 45 minutes with no one attending to us etc. All in all, assuming this car lasts I would definitely recommend dealing with these 2 ladies at Grappone Hyundai. More

After doing my research on six makes of mid-size sedans (Camry, Accord, Optima, Fusion, Altima and Sonata), I felt that I was prepared to head out to the dealerships to hear the sales pitches and take the (Camry, Accord, Optima, Fusion, Altima and Sonata), I felt that I was prepared to head out to the dealerships to hear the sales pitches and take the test drives. My employer offers an auto buyer program, so I thought that price negotiations would be held to a minimum. Having an approximate understanding of purchase price, the evaluation would purely be on what would be the best car value and dealership. First, all dealership, even for the same auto manufacturer, are not equal. I was surprised how little some salesmen know about their own cars. I tried to be objective and not to let a salesman steer me away from the best car value. From curb appeal to warranty, I determined that the Sonata was hands down the best buy. I have owned a BMW 325 and most recently, an Audi A4 2.8 and the specs and driver feel of the 2.0T Limited were comparable to these German makes. Mike Denauw, Sales Associate, listened to what I was looking for, instilled confident in his knowledge of the Hyundai product line and was current to the inventory that he had access to. Adam Green, Sales Manager, stepped in when I needed help with the financing and Mike was flexible with getting better pricing than my company’s buyer program. In addition, when I made the decision to go with the Sonata, Mike and Adam worked together to prepare the car and the paperwork within the same day. I am pleased that I chose the Sonata and Grappone Hyundai and am confident that Mike will be a good resource going forward. I bought the car just last night and this morning he already worked with his service team to expedite the install of a remote starter. Great sales and service from the start. I drove fifty miles from Massachusetts and I would do it again without regrets. I strongly recommend the Sonata, Grappone Hyundai and Mike Denauw. I feel great about my new Sonata 2.0T Limited and it sure was an enjoyable drive home. More

In her research, she had utilized the Grappone website which we found to be well presented, accurate, and very helpful. At the dealership we were assisted by Riley Cavanaugh who was personable, well prepared, knowledgeable and efficient. The vehicle in which she was interested was available, and she was able to take a test drive. Having done her homework, she just needed to confirm that the vehicle was as advertised, etc. It was. She purchased the new-to-her car, arranged to trade in her current car, arranged for Hyundai financing, and to my amazement, we were able to drive off of the lot in her new car in less than 2 hours from the time that we had arrived at Grappone. I’ve purchased many cars in my time, and the speed of this transaction blew my mind. Now, perhaps it was just a little too quick, since she has had to return to the dealership twice to sign additional paperwork which was apparently overlooked when we were there originally. But this certainly did nothing to diminish our overall view of the experience as a very positive one. We would certainly recommend Riley and Grappone to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
My car was on its last legs and had broken down, and Adham and Lee were very helpful. In the end I decided to trade in my old vehicle for a 2009 Hyundai that Adham found for me that was in my price rang Adham and Lee were very helpful. I would definately recommend Grappone to my friends and family. The service was excellent. Brenna was so enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with.
