He made my wife and I very comfortable and at ease going through the buying process. The dealership itself looks to be on the newer side and very clean which was a switch compared to other dealerships. I purchased my vehicle through a car buying service so i was expecting some last minute bait and switch. I was pleasantly surprised when the numbers were what we had originally agreed upon and they even threw in that 11th year and 125000 mile powertrain warranty. I can not recommend them enough if you want professionalism and a no hassle experience. More

I live in MA, and was looking for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Limited (without Nav package). I visited several MA dealerships, with no luck - none had the exact make/model/color I was looking for, and they could Limited (without Nav package). Subsequently, after signing up on TrueCar.com, I found that Grappone Hyundai in Bow, NH had the best price on the car in my area, and quickly received a follow-up email from their Internet Sales Team. I also saw that Grappone Hyundai had great reviews on DealerRater.com. So I decided to make the 50-mile drive to visit the dealership, where I met with Kevin Mull. Grappone didn't have the exact car I wanted on their lot either, but Kevin checked their recent allotment list and saw that the car I’d been looking for was scheduled to be delivered to the dealership in 3-6 weeks. While it was longer than I wanted to wait, it was the first dealership I went to that could give me any type of timeframe. Throughout the process, Kevin was friendly, helpful, and down to earth. There was never any pressure on his part, and after leaving a small deposit that day, he regularly updated me on the car's progress (manufacturing completed, at the port for shipping, arrival on the lot). When I picked the car up, he took the time to go over all the interior/exterior features of the car; he never rushed me, and I never felt that he had other more important business to attend to – he gave me his full attention. So I would highly recommend Kevin and Grappone Hyundai. As a final plus for the dealership, in addition to Hyundai’s 10 year/10,000 mile powertrain warranty, Grappone tacks on an additional 1 year and 25,000 miles – making it an even better value. I’m very happy with the car, and the whole buying experience from Grappone. More

I took my 2012 Hyundai Elantra for it's first oil change and had the pleasure of dealing with Lee Mossey. Lee has been servicing my vehicles for over 14 years both here and when she worked at a different de and had the pleasure of dealing with Lee Mossey. The only reason I take it to Grappone is because of Lee as there are 2 other dealers closer to my home. Lee got me in when I needed to, got my vehicle done earlier than promised (I work in outside sales so time is critical for me)and always has a smile on here face a quick laugh. She is truley a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recomend her enough. More

Ms Lee Mossey, service Consultant, is the main reason I travel 60 miles to have my service and repairs done at Grappone Hyundai. I purchased a maintenance plan when I bought my 2008 Hyundai and Ms Mossey h travel 60 miles to have my service and repairs done at Grappone Hyundai. I purchased a maintenance plan when I bought my 2008 Hyundai and Ms Mossey has been a great assistance in not only keeping me on track for the maintenance due, she takes the time to explain all of the options available to me and assist me in keeping up with the extras that Grappone offers. Most times when I arrive I do not have an appointment, just takeing advantage of an opportunity to get the car to Grappone for service. Ms Mossey will give me a firm time for the service, which may be two or three days in the future, but then stays on top of the scheduling and some how always has my car ready before the scheduled time. This a hugh help in allowing me time to coordinate a way to get my vehicle home.( I use a company car and end up having two cars in Concord ) I do not wish to detract from the fact that everyone at Grappone Hyundai is certinly above average in their assistance and work, From the salesmen to the mechanics to the courtesy drivers who get me to work. No other dealership I have dealt with, makes me feel as confident that I am reciving the best of service. I purchased this car as a hedge against gas prices, but when it is time to trade my other vehicles I will be dealing with Grappone Hyundai More
