Kevin Mull was great to work with. He was patient working with me on what car would fit into my budget. I had to get rid of my truck and get into a 4 cylinder car. I went to Grappone's with my son on a Sunday afternoon, not realizing the dealership was closed. Jena saw us out there looking at cars and came out to explain that they were closed. She allowed us to test drive 2 vehicles and even gave us a quote on one of the cars. We then went back a few days later and worked with Therese Clement and Anne Plourde. WOW shat a pleasant suprise. In the past I equated a visit to an auto dealership with a visit to the dentist. At least the dentist gives pain killers. What a pleasure dealing with Grappone Hyundai! I initiated my contact through the internet and recieved a VERY competitive quote from them. Before I got off the computer I was contacted by their internet sales rep Yena Bucknam with additional information about the dealership. The next day I called and talked to Jennifer Lowell to set up a test drive. When we arrived we met Adham Darwish our sales associate who accompanied us on a test drive to familarize us withe the car. Adham was very knowledgeable of the car. My wife and I liked the car but we wanted a 2012 Sonata 2.0 T in Harbor Gray shich they diid not have on the lot. Adham located a car out of state and said he could lhave the dar delivered in three days so we agreed to proceed with the purchase. HERE'S THE BEST PART NO DICKERING. Adham kept to the internet quote I receifed which was a good ways below dealer invoice. Likewise dealing with our business manager Nancy Cote was a pleasure. No hassles what so ever. If the car was on the lot we probably would have been in and out in two or three hours (including the test drive). I highly recommend buying a car from Adham Darwish, a very courteous and knowledgeable salesman. What a great dealership a 10 in my book. It was worth the two 240 mile round trips to get a great deal on a great car from a great dealership. More
