My husband and I had done our homework and narrowed our search for a new car to the Toyota Camry, Hyundai Sonata and Hyundai Tuscon. We drove the Camry and went right to the Hyundai dealership where we wer search for a new car to the Toyota Camry, Hyundai Sonata and Hyundai Tuscon. She was very accommodating in taking us out to test drive both models in which we were interested. She reviewed the features of each and answered questions as we tried out each one. The decision between models was tough and each of us had a favorite. Theresa offered us repeat drives or even the possibility of an overnight use of one of the cars. We declined this but decided to go home and think about it. We knew she wasn't working the next day but had made up our minds the following day when she called. We set up an appointment and went in to put our purchase in motion. In our minds we had a figure we thought was a fair price including our trade but acknowledge there is always give and take in a negotiation. We were satisfied with the final figure and pleased that Theresa worked so nicely with us and her manager to settle on the price, model and colr we wanted. Theresa was at all times knowledgable, friendly, accomodating and never overbearing. This is probably one of the best car car buying experiences we have ever had and was facilitated by a wonderful salesperson. We would certainly recommend Theresa Clement to anyone. I found Grappone via the True Car website. I was looking for a car for my daughter. She was interested in a Volkswagen Jetta but I wanted her to take a close look at a Hyundai. I drive one and I thought she would be happier with it. We came up to look at Sonatas. We looked at the SE and the GLS. We both liked the GLS but my daughter was still unsure whether or not she preferred the Jetta or the Sonata. Just before we left Adham suggested we look at the Elantra Limited on the floor. He stated that for around the same money, she could have all the bells and whistles. She was still not biting so we went home. Adham had been very helpful the whole time we were there. After taking one for a drive locally the next day, my daughter changed her mind. She now wanted the Elantra. I called Adham and expressed concern over having to come up 2 times to make the sale complete. We live in Mass over an hour away. Adham quickly mentioned he could bring the car to our house after I had filled out all the paperwork. That pushed me over the top. I liked the price and the service. Adham was doing everything possible to make things easy for us. We came back up and filled out the paperwork. Nancy Cote was very nice to deal with. I was very comfortable filling out the paperwork. There were no bumps in the road. She was very professional. While we were there, I locked myself out of my car. Adaham was quick to get a slimjim and get me back in.
