What wax? The wax for the rear suspension recall... Wait who authorized any recalls to be performed???? Oh we just went ahead and did it. Get the call at 2:30PM your transmission fluid looks fine, why are you changing it? Because it is due to be changed!!!! Oh we recommend you not changing it as it can cause issues in high mileage cars (168k really???) so I will never go back, I didn't get an apology I sort of got the feeling this is the way we do business... I will not be doing any purchasing there either thank you Steve the tech and Justin the service misadvisor. For bringing me quickly to that conclusion. More

I bought a brand new Hyundai Sonata ( 2013 ) and had wheel balance problems from the get-go, this dealership not only sold me a piece of crap, they couldn't fix the tire & wheel problem. First do not buy anything from Grappone auto group in New Hampshire and also stay away from ( now getting cheaper Hyundai's ) they promote their warranties but when you need them to fix something they won't !!! Theresa was very helpful with the process of buying my 2012 hyundai Veloster. My husband and I were shopping for a new car and had narrowed our choice to a Toyota Camry or Hyundai Sonata. We favored the Sonata but the price we received from a local dealer was much higher than the narrowed our choice to a Toyota Camry or Hyundai Sonata. My husband suggested we try Grappone Hyundai.Grappone was the third dealership that we visited. We were greeted by Theresa and we explained what we were looking for. My husband stated that we were ready to buy a car and did not want the high pressure back and forth banter that often occurs. Theresa and another woman assured us this would not happen. We then test drove a Sonata and we loved it. We asked for a trade in value and final pruchase price. Theresa came back with a price and no high pressure sales pitch. She said she would be able to get us the car that we wanted within a day or two. She was true to her word and our car arrived two days later. When we picked the car up she was extremely patient in explaing the operation of the car. Theresa was always courteous and had answers for all of our questions.
