Bought New 2016 Hyundia I hadn't been car shopping in 11 yrs., my car was a 2004 Hyundai Tibruon; that I bought new from Grappone. So I was comfortable returning; but really I hadn't been car shopping in 11 yrs., my car was a 2004 Hyundai Tibruon; that I bought new from Grappone. So I was comfortable returning; but really not sure what I wanted to look at. so when I first arrived; I was able to just walk around and browse the selection of vechicles; and was very pleased that I didn't have a Sales Person come running out; like the old days! When I was done; I went inside; and was introduced to Baba Koxarakis. She was very personable; with a kind smile, and hand shake. As I said; I wasn't really sure what I wanted or if I was even ready to buy! So Baba took some basic inf . And she was able to help me decide what type of Hyundai I might like and what type of accessories I would enjoy. She was so patient; and helpful; and I didn't feel rushed; which I Loved! After looking at a lot of different models and details, I chose an Elantra and Sonata, to drive test. We took the Elantra first; Baba set with me in the car and went over everything the car offered; I was pleasantly shocked at how much the Hyundai had improved! And when I drove it, I fell in love with it! I was sold! Everything went so smoothly, and Baba was so helpful. Thankyou Again More
