Everyone is very pleasant and I was never overcharged for service or provided unnecessary service). I didn't want to deal with the FRS anymore so I decided I would trade it in for a more practical car. Grappone had treated me well so far so I figured I'd start the test driving process with them. I had the privilege of working with Nathan minutes after arriving at the Grappone Hyundai dealership. To make a long story short, he, my wife and I spent 4 hours test driving what seemed like a dozen cars! I've never worked with such a patient, attentive and knowledgeable sales rep! Nathan was eager to answer my questions and never pushed me in any direction. He had a great personality and respected my wife and I. I waited a week before coming back and Nathan was very responsive to my inquiries regarding my trade in and before you know it, I was driving off in a brand new Hyundai Elantra! I've had all of the scheduled maintenance performed at their facility. I made service appointments in advance and the garage was ready upon my arrival to take my car in on time. Since I come from quite a distance and had to wait while the vehicle was being serviced, the staff always got me out of there as quickly as possible without a long wait. The manager, Lee, seems to have things running smoothly. We have never had a problem with the vehicle - mechanical or otherwise. Just recently, when we sold our car back to the Grappone Hyundai dealership, we were happy with the price offered. Baba, the team leader I dealt with, did her job well and made sure we were satisfied with everything regarding the transaction. Katie, who assisted with all the paperwork that evening was courteous and efficient. Since it was late in the day when we finished up, she made sure a check was ready for me to pick up the next morning. We'll be going back when we decide to buy another car.
