Two unexpected decisions.........both made and now happy! Shopping for vehicles is certainly different now. I did a LOT of research online, over the last few months. One thing I had noticed is that Grappone Shopping for vehicles is certainly different now. I did a LOT of research online, over the last few months. One thing I had noticed is that Grappone's dealerships seemed a bit higher in price than some competitors. They have converted to the approach of having a "bottom-line price" so that there isn't a margin for "dickering". Well, it's very challenging to evaluate a bottom line anyway, but in the end we decided to lease for a 3 year term at 15,000 miles per year. The price was quite fair, and the buyout at the end of the lease was actually the deciding factor! We were very happy with our whole experience and would recommend anyone going to Grappone's to at least compare with another seller. More

Rachel was expecting us and had the car ready for us to look at/test drive. my husband was referred to grappone by a co-worker who had purchased there two (2) years ago, and like him we have been VERY impressed with our experience. needless to say this is not the first vehicle we have bought, but it is one of only a few that we have been VERY happy with. we wanted to buy Hyundai as we have several friends who have them and they all love them. we have been life long chevy buyers but, we may become life long Hyundai buyers. we certainly plan on being lifelong grappone customers as long as they treat us like this. again, thank you to Rachel and the rest of the grappone staff.
