Pulled my car in and someone came out right away to register the car in to the shop. Waiting time for car was as expected. The few questions I had regarding the car were answered professionally and e register the car in to the shop. Waiting time for car was as expected. I've heard that state inspections can be done up to 4 months prior to actual date but for soem reason this has never woked out conviently in association with a routine service, which would help. More
Just had my 2007 Honda Pilot's 60,000 mile service, state inspection, four new tires and tire alignment done. I recieved $5.00 off for making my appointment on-line, had a 10% off "wild card" coupon from Gr inspection, four new tires and tire alignment done. I recieved $5.00 off for making my appointment on-line, had a 10% off "wild card" coupon from Grappone and my Goodyear tires were free. The total cost was less than $550. What's not to love? More

I purchased my Honda Civic and have it serviced at this dealership. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They are very coureous and accomadating. A car salesman is a car salesman... sure, and dealing with them is dreaded by most. My experience at Grappone Honda though was a very pleasant experience. I felt that the salesman answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns with patience, understanding and knowledge, despite the fact that the model I was interested in was relatively new. Yes, in the process he learned some things about the vehicle that he was not aware of at first, but it was dealt with very professionally. I would recommend the buying experience here! More
