I'm a long term Toyota Fan. When I was looking to trade in my 2001 Sienna last year, I saw both Toyota and Honda dealers in Manchester and Concord NH. I bought my last Toyota at Toyota Nashua, and one oth in my 2001 Sienna last year, I saw both Toyota and Honda dealers in Manchester and Concord NH. I bought my last Toyota at Toyota Nashua, and one other Toyota a Celica at Grappone Toyota. I'm a senior and I wanted an economical, reliable car. I'm an avid online computer enthusiast. For years Consumers Reports has influenced my major purchases. Their revue of the Honda Fit, intrigued me. I did more research and found a very interesting Honda Fit Users Group. I then compared Honda with Toyota and found that Fit was my best choice. I purchased my Fit in June of 2009 and at this date, April 2nd 2010, I have less then 5,000 miles on it. But being an outdoor and environmental enthusiast, I'm very happy with my choice. I have family members who are strong GM fans. We have yet to discuss in depth their views. But considering what the GM and Toyota news has been recently, I'm sure they are processing my choice with interest. I used to work in Concord and knew of the Grappone's family business influence. It's a splendid small business, local type of enterprise. More
This dealership has always been direct, friendly, helpful, and thorough in their work. I brought in my 2007 CR-V for alignments, at Archie's recommendation; probably a mechanic recommended when I had my car serviced a few weeks earlier. (It was a 50,000 checkup.) As soon as I got out of the car, one of the service staff met me and proceeded to take care of the paper work, etc. I was assured that the alignment would be done as expeditiously as possible. I was given an estimate that it could take more than two hours to complete the task. Actually, it was done in about two hours. Archie explained at the cashier what corrections were made to align the front wheels,and how much "life" the tires still have. What amazed me the most was how smooth the CR-V now runs. A $80 plus well spent. My wife and I are planning a car trip to NJ, VA, and NC as of next April 12, and we will feel secured that the car will give us a trouble free ride. I would like to make a recommendation. A customer's car should be vaccumed, washed, and windshield reservoir filled at the end of the service. I had that done to other cars I owned at other dealerships. More

I purchased my vehicle at this dealer because of both price and the convenient location. However, the sales person was very helpful without being pushy or aggressive, and this was appreciated. Service has been fine, although to date I've needed nothing more than oil changes and tire rotations. The staff has been friendly and courteous and all work has been completed to my satisfaction. I feel so lucky that we ended up at Grappone Honda and met Lena there. We had spent months traveling around to used car lots looking for the right van for our family. We avoided going to a dealership because we thought we would end up paying too much. We were so wrong. Not only did we feel like we were purchasing a reliable car from a respectable business, we got a really great deal. We are two parents who are currently going back to college because I was laid off from my job last year. We have a fixed budget and Lena went to bat for us and got us the perfect van at a price we could afford. They also have great deals on service. We trust Lena and the rest of the staff and plan to return for all of our service. More
My wife and I have purchased two 2009 Honda's from Grappone. Mine is a CR-V and her's is a Honda Fit Sport. Our sales person (Henry) is a great guy and very personable with a good sense of humor. He and his sales manager really went the distance to give us the deal on the Honda Fit we had to have to buy the car. They didn't have to give us the deal but they did and Henry stayed after closing to finish the deal to let us take the car home that night. They also have an excellent service department which has on-line scheduling which makes getting appointments very easy. We initially tried to work a deal with another Honda dealer but their sales person had no interest in talking to us. The guy didn't say hello or tell us his name. Grappone Honda was a very pleasant shopping experience both times without heavy sales tactics. I would recommend Grappone Honda to anyone interested in buying a new Honda. More

The dealership is extremely professional and knowledgeable about their product. I was able to get answers over the phone and get a potential solution when my car wasn't shifting well. The dealership was able to diagnose the problem and correct it. They made a stressful situation (with a relatively new car) a lot easier by being available for service, informative on solutions and employing courteous, knowlegeable and timely service personnel. In addition, knowing there is a comfortable waiting area with amenities, a shuttle van if you need to travel somewhere while waiting for your car etc. is very helpful. More
