My last visit was for an inspection sticker. However; as a fairly new owner of a Honda Civic, I have had to bring our car in for a 60,000 mile service. Although the cost was fairly high, I feel that the services rendered for 60,000 miles was excellent and provided us with a well updated and maintained vehicle. The service managers that we have delt with have always presented themselves professionally and personable. The atmosphere is always cheerfull and the ladies that processed my bill were also personable and professional. It did make my wife and myself feel as though we were valued customers. Now, we will not bring the car to any other shop for maintenance and any necessary repairs it may require in the future. We are both very happy with the service and personnel at Grappone. The advisor meets you promptly at your car and reviews the planned service , pick up time and the anticipated expense.If there are any changes the advisor calls. Rides are provided to and from the dealership for free. Pick up and cashier transactions are efficient and easy.At check out there is a comprehensive list of not just what was done but all the things that were checked and verified. The fees appear reasonable,fair and competitive. I've also noted very little turnover in staffing, an indicator they not only treat the customer well but they are well treated themselves. The "Grappone Advantage" program provides free tires(exactly the same tires that came on the vehicle originally) which is a huge savings.I have not dealt with any business that matches their customer service or does a better job of instilling trust and confidence. I bought my vehicle there without any hassle and highly recommend the dealership to friends Lastly the dealership is very active in the community and very generous with their support. More
Lena was very patient with my indecision about what kind of car I wanted, and suffered cheerfully in the pouring rain with me as we checked out vehicles. She asked many questions about my life style and driving tendencies in order to better serve me. We drove several cars and she took me on a route that was similar to my type of driving-bumpy, dirt roads, and hilly. She encouraged me to take the car home overnight to get a better feel for it. She was again patient when I wanted to wait for family to come check the car out before actually buying it. Once I decided to make the purchase she was efficient and professional. We discovered we had a common interest and spoke about our horses as we drove! As for the good rating for the vehicle-I hadn't done much research comparing the price of the car I bought against other similar cars, so I am not sure how good a deal I got. The ONLY negative aspect of purchasing the car-and no fault of Lena's- was the very poor job the detailers did cleaning and prepping the car for purchase. They did not lift the mats to vacume, they did not even open the center console that opens to hold cups-it was filled with crumbs and sticky coffee(?) spills, the dash was dirty, the seats had spots on them. I spent several hours Saturday (4.10.10)after I got home with the car cleaning it. This part of the experience was very disappointing, and thus explains the overall rating of "good" not great. More
I have NEVER had a dealership experience like Grappone Honda. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and knowlegable. I am always greated promptly. The service writers know what is happening in the repair department. They give you the price and estimated time of completion when you check in. The waiting room is clean and coffee is always available. On several occasions, the mechanic has discovered additional areas of concern during service. The service writer brings the situation to my attention and advise me of what was found. I have NEVER been pressured to have the repair completed. I am advised of the situation and the time and cost of the repair. When I purchased each of my three vehicles from Grappone, everyone from Mario to the finance person (sorry I do not recall the name) were friendly and able to answer all of my questions. I have no reservations in telling everyone that Grappone Honda is a great dealership and I look forward to using them again for many years to come. More
I have found Grappone Honda Service to be very helpful in dealing with both normal and unusual service issues. I had a recurring problem recently due to a small accident I'd had, followed by a repair at ano dealing with both normal and unusual service issues. They were tenacious in troubleshooting the problem and figuring out the correct replacement parts needed to fix the problem (not as obvious as it might sound!). More
I have been very pleased with Grappone Honda service and sales. I just had an emergency where I had a flat tire. Always waited on as soon as I drive in the garage. Service men friendly. Waiting time is good with nice waiting area. I am extremely satisfied with Grappone Honda. I own my second Honda CRV from them and everyone I have interacted with has always been great -- very friendly and helpful. The purchase of my Honda CR-V, which I absolutely love, was as painless as could be! Having searched their inventory on-line, I came into the dealership knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to test driv was as painless as could be! My husband did this sale as I don't like dealing with car salesmen. Scott was good in his sale but appeared a bit unorganized and frazzled. Scott and the manager did a great job with the trade-in value of our truck and did well with getting our payment on the Ridgeline as low as possible. When we picked up the vehicle, there was a small mark on the passenger door that I couldn't get off, it appeared to be a small scratch. Scott immediately had someone look at it and it did look better when he came back. He said that if we weren't satisfied with how it looked to please let him know and he would get it taken care of further. When we picked up the vehicle, WE were under time constraints and Scott did not have a chance to go through the vehicle with us. Again, he said if we wanted him to do that to please come back when we had more time and he would go through the entire thing. I told him we'd play around with it but if I had any questions, I would give him a call. He was great once the paperwork piece was finished. Overall this was a very good sale. More
