Ken Preve at Grappone Honda was great to work with. He and his manager Brian were able to get me into the car I wanted within the small window of time I gave them (3 hrs). Lena was a pleasure to work with. We did not feel pressured. She was patient as we were unsure of the size vehicle we needed. I expected the service person would come to the car and provide some direction, having never been there before. Fortunately my wifes car has been serviced there, and she knew where to go. When I made the appointment I had been clear that I would be waiting. Three hours later I was able to leave. I got the impresion that they were surprised that I was waiting and equally surprise that I was there.That could be because they had not placed the order for the part and had to do a last minute rush to get it in time for my appointment. In regards to your pricing, if you really want people to buy accessories, you might want to consider being less than 3 or 4 times the aftermarket price. People aren,t stupid and they know there is a limited number of manifacturers producing these components. It stands to reason that Honda isn't producing them themselves. Why in the world would you expect somone to pay triple the price for the priveledge of buying it from you? I am not trying to give you folks a hard time, but having spent a number of years in the automotive industry, I feel these are legitimate questions. I am assuming you want an honest response. More
Grappone Honda has been a great asset for us to maintain our car in optimal condition. We were told that we could expect 30-35 mpg, so far we average 40 mpg and the car has 65,000 miles. Considering the cost of gasoline it has been a great asset to us to have a Honda Civic and to have had the experience of having Grappone as a service provider. The employees are ALWAYS professional, personable and responsive to our requests. I would truly (and I do) recommend them to any Honda owner. More
My last visit was for an inspection sticker. However; as a fairly new owner of a Honda Civic, I have had to bring our car in for a 60,000 mile service. Although the cost was fairly high, I feel that the services rendered for 60,000 miles was excellent and provided us with a well updated and maintained vehicle. The service managers that we have delt with have always presented themselves professionally and personable. The atmosphere is always cheerfull and the ladies that processed my bill were also personable and professional. It did make my wife and myself feel as though we were valued customers. Now, we will not bring the car to any other shop for maintenance and any necessary repairs it may require in the future. We are both very happy with the service and personnel at Grappone. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately by Wayne. He noticed that I had five punches on my "Oil Change" key tag. He said, "Looks like this one is on us." The staff at Grappone take very good care of me and my car, from the service consultant to the mechanic to the customer service ladies. They are very considerate of my time and always have my car ready e car, from the service consultant to the mechanic to the customer service ladies. They are very considerate of my time and always have my car ready earlier than requested. I am confident that the car is safe and reliable because they check everything each time I bring it in. I appreciate their honesty if they find something that needs repair with the car and never feel they are trying to take advantage. This dealership is almost too good to be true. I can honestly say that I've never dealt with any service provider (automobile dealership, or otherwise) who has provided such complete customer satisfacti honestly say that I've never dealt with any service provider (automobile dealership, or otherwise) who has provided such complete customer satisfaction. My satisfaction begins with the ease of being able to schedule my appointment online which is a great convenience and time saver. On the day of my appointment, I'm always promptly greeted in a friendly manner. Since I live nearly 100 miles away from the dealership, I always wait for my service to be done. The waiting area is very pleasant and equipped with TV and high speed Internet, plus free coffee! The servicing on my car is always done within the timeframe promised, and many times even sooner than promised. On a few rare occasions after the servicing has been done, I've detected something on my way home that didn't seem quite right and returned to the dealership to have it checked out. On each of these rare occasions, my concerns have been treated with respect and the issue has been resolved to my complete satisfaction. This dealership is certainly very special, and I hope it continues the fine service for many years to come. More
