I actually went last Saturday to buy this car and I had the money in hand and when the discussion started about the price. The sales representative gave me his hand so that I and my baskets could leave. Th the money in hand and when the discussion started about the price. The vehicle we got two weeks ago has a busted radiator and some mixed coolant or added stop leak to the truck. Either way the expensive warranty they offer doesn’t cover radiators or fluids being mixed. At least that’s what my wife was told when she went to get warranty information as we dropped the vehicle off. Then the lack of actual care was along the lines of well we will have to send it to dodge and see what they say. My wife initially wanted to go back once we pay the car down. That probably won’t happen. Worse experience so far with a dealer and the not our problem attitude that you get after the sale. More
As a customer of 20 years this dealership does not care about its customers. I received Honda coupons from this dealer in Grapevine I am getting multiple things done and they prefer me to come back to use about its customers. I received Honda coupons from this dealer in Grapevine I am getting multiple things done and they prefer me to come back to use coupons. The manager white guy wear glasses were so rude didn't even want to put a battery in my key remote. He stayed its not working he was not helpful at all. Businesses do not care about people today and especially if you are a certain color and that's my opinion. I was kind to everyone and spoke gentle. More
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HONDA DEALERSHIP or any of their affiliated dealerships(Lithia) they will be every nice with you when they are selling you the car and talk loads of bull crap about what they c their affiliated dealerships(Lithia) they will be every nice with you when they are selling you the car and talk loads of bull crap about what they cover under their “maintenance plan”… I was told by the rep when I leased the car everything should be covers maintenance wise I.e cabin filters oils changes(well I paid for the oils plan so that’s fine), breaks, tires etc for the next 3 years… but guess what turned out all bull crap… nothing is covered but the oil change which I paid 800 for (lithia lifetime oil) technically is a SCAMMERSHIP MORE THAN A DEALERSHIP. When I called the sales manages about this issue today rather than being helpful he was being rude and didn’t even try to help me out or anything and he was looking a wrong file and wrong car and who persons profile and and kept on stating I didn’t buy any Honda plans later turned out I did but a Honda plan but once again it did not cover what was claimed during pre-selling the car. Once you get the car sign the papers work it’s all bye bye don’t know who you are any more. I even got 2 friends to purchase from them and regret getting them stuck with these scammers. Anyways lesson learned if the deal is too good to be true then it’s not true. And guess what my window decay sticks says wheel locks included but no wheel locks on the car lol. If y’all don’t want to get scammed I would suggest go somewhere else maybe try McDavids Honda or Lute Riley Honda anywhere else but here. More
First time at that location and for sure last time as well. Trying to sell my car online via cargurus.com and they popped up with a decent offer. All good, they email me and ask when I’m able to take the well. Trying to sell my car online via cargurus.com and they popped up with a decent offer. All good, they email me and ask when I’m able to take the car to them for a quick inspection and to do paperwork. Drove about 75 miles round trip just to see them lowballing to the initial offer at less than 50%. Really, dudes…really? I understand that you’re in that business to make a profit and all that, but stay decent and don’t try to take advantage of others. Very disappointing experience to say the least. More
