Stay away, unless you want to pay a massive markup on your car. Went in to look at a Civic Type R and was shocked to see they they had an eye watering $8,500 markup up on the car. I was so taken back when I saw that and the advisor could tell. His response was to chuckle and say "What? You didn't expect a markup?". It's understandable that these cars have a markup since they are limited in production, but at certain point it's just blatant greed. After over an hour of back and forth, they came down on the markup, but it ended up being way too unreasonable still. Part way through negotiations, the sale advisors blurts out that he sells the most cars at the dealership and that I can "ask anyone here" if that's true, almost as if his pride was hurt that negotiations were going sour - it's was all such a strange experience. We ended up not buying the car from them, which I am so grateful for because the following day I went to Lute Riley Honda and got the same exact car for MSRP! Anyone reading this review, please be firm with your budget, do your research, and never let any advisor take advantage of you! TLDR: Came in the buy a Type R, they had an $8.5k markup. Ended up not buying and got the same car at a different dealership with no markups. More
One of the worst sales team is there. They will force you choose trim even before test drive. So much arrogance in talking to customer. No wonder this dealership got worst ratings. Asked sales manager to send another sales guy who has patience.Sales guy asked me from which state of another country i come from which has nothing to do with buying car. Advertised price on Autotrader isn’t the total price bcse of add ins they include. Nice people though. Just not willing to remove the add ins. I needed work done on my Honda pilot to fix a transmission problem that was under a 150,000 mile extended warranty. I placed a call to Grapevine Honda and explained the error code on the transm transmission problem that was under a 150,000 mile extended warranty. I placed a call to Grapevine Honda and explained the error code on the transmission and the Honda warranty extension. My call was returned promptly by service advisor Andrew Chavira, who quickly and efficiently confirmed my eligibility for warranty work and began the process of ordering needed parts and scheduling work. The work was done in an efficient and timely fashion, exactly as had been discussed with Mr. Chavira. There were no extra or hidden costs, and no pressure to have added service work done. It was a big and expensive job, all covered by Honda’s warranty. The work was completed, and so far, the Pilot is running perfectly. Grapevine Honda even washed the Pilot before returning it. Based on my experience, I recommend Grapevine Honda’s service department and Mr. Chavira. More
I went online at CarGurus and looked for a Honda Ridgeline I found one I contacted the seller witch was grapevine Honda I was met with a response from Ronald Jackson, Sales Representative I asked fo Ridgeline I found one I contacted the seller witch was grapevine Honda I was met with a response from Ronald Jackson, Sales Representative I asked for the cash price and he sent it to me it was also discounted for a cash price of $14,000 off I thought okay sounds good to me I’ll go take a look when I got there I was met with a salesman Curtis witch was nice I told him I found the deal To be a good one and wanted to drive it and if I liked it I would make a deal to buy it out right cash to get the discount he got the keys long story short I loved it was ready to make the deal then I was met with Ronald Jackson, Sales Representative to let me know the deal was an error on the dealership there was only a discount of $7,000 and was sorry for sending me misleading information I feel very disappointed and upset I already got a loan for the full amount of what I thought would be the price I walked away without the vehicle I don’t think it was fair it be mislead and I think it was falsely advertised I would not recommend doing business with grapevine Honda my name is Mason Hayes More
