Pretty good for getting your car serviced, but one of the worst for buying a new car. The agents ripped me off with extra charges and add ons and I had a very bad experience. Would like to start off and say that I don't recall interacting with the Sales rep Caden Morgan as I was at the dealership for my servicing appointment which was an oil change and Jose Trevino was my s interacting with the Sales rep Caden Morgan as I was at the dealership for my servicing appointment which was an oil change and Jose Trevino was my service representative. He did a good job of assisting me as well as reaching out to the right people after finding out that my vehicle needed control arm bushings replaced. The only critique I have is that it took almost a month to be receive the parts and get notified and now that I'm trying to get additional information on how long the service appointment might take as well as when's the soonest availability I can't get ahold of anyone at the service department despite my efforts of calling around 9 AM and then again around 4:30 PM on Monday 07/14/25. Additionally, the option to receive a text with a so called quick response seemed to fall on deaf ears with an automated response but no real communication to help me with me issue. Because I've had majority good experience with the dealership I'm going to maintain a slightly less than perfect rating of 4 stars. More
