My next purchase was for myself and again I was pleased with my sales experience. I came into Grapevine Ford looking to lease and was unsure which vehicle would best fit my needs and my budget. I worked with Internet manager Reid Harmon, who ran numbers on several different vehicles and also gave my the opportunity to take two vehicles to my home as well. I ultimately chose a vehicle that satified my needs and the staff at Grapevine Ford made the entire process seemless. I started the morning at a GMC dealership test driving their trucks. I drove up the street to Grapevine Ford where I test drove the V6 with Gus and the V8 with Jesse. I was sold on the V8. The saleperson treated me like a person instead of jsut another number. After a few cars we tried, we finally narrowed the search and selected a used car. Purchasing a vehicle is not a process I enjoy. However, Daren Lewis made it as easy as possible along with David Gower. I didn't feel pressured at all. Very friendly salesman and finance department. I exchanged several emails with the salesman before driving over 200 miles. The truck was exactly as described and shown on their website. The finance department was very friendly and professional, they went over the contract to make sure it was correct. Signing documents took a few minutes and I was out the door with the truck I wanted. Although I will probably never use their service department the staff there was very friendly and knowledgeable.
