If you’re reading these reviews and you’re buying into this response from the “Customer Loyalty Director”, let me assure you that I contacted him like he requested and never heard back from him or anyone else. This dealership is exactly what the negative reviews say they are. Don’t believe the positive reviews planted by the management. Ask around, their reputation precedes them.
