After having the opportunity to read your reviews from customers I wouldn't trust buying a vehicle from you guys. And it's the principle for us, we wouldn't do business with you if you offered to sell us a car for a $1.00. You should address your sales managers and their customer service because they are not customer friendly, they make excuses for your unethical salesman without any kind of principle. "First come first serve, and appointments don't matter even if you're driving two hours".
