I reviewed the camera footage while your vehicle was in for service. The technician in fact did rotate your tires. He checked and adjusted the air pressure, rotated the tires, and used a torque wrench when he was done. Can I ask you why you think it was not completed? Problems with start stop function. From brake to gas was rather Jerky. Teck went through diagnostic and road testing to find the problem. Found a loose ground wire at battery. Remade co More
