Could do more to delight The service was good and all the staff were excellent. The customer rep for my car was knowledgeable and friendly. But to get a 5 star rating, this service center needs to do more. There's no real quiet place to go plugin computer and do my work while I'm waiting. The waiting area is in the middle of the showroom with all that that brings. I'm not interested in the mostly junk snacks and drinks. What I would really like to see is a basic wash and vacuum of my car. Note that I do have a comparison location, that sells more expensive cars. I am a long time Volvo owner, and their Nashua service center is outstanding. I used the dealership to service my Volvo for many years after I purchased the car. The last service I had there was at 180,000 miles, having purchased almost new. Subaru has a well-deserved great reputation for their cars; but I can only give 4 stars (yes, that's still good) for their valuing of their customers after they've purchased. More

I've thought I wrote definitely buy my next Subaru here. However, this was the third time that it was forgotten to give me the discount which was arranged in advance. I don't want to think that anything intentional is going on but I am starting to get a little wary. If it happens again, I'll have to find another dealer. More

Service DO NOT EVER USE GRANITE STATE SUBARU (HUDSON, NH) SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We bought a used car from them less than one year ago and they just quoted us ov DO NOT EVER USE GRANITE STATE SUBARU (HUDSON, NH) SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We bought a used car from them less than one year ago and they just quoted us over $6,000 worth of work on this car. This is a car which has had minimal miles put on it in the last 11 months so if in fact this car truthfully needed all this work it was sold this way with attempts to cover up the defects. We got two other professional opinions and we were told by both garages that at least one of these jobs this dealership claims we need done is not needed. Fabricated story by somebody we should have been able to trust since we own three Subarus and one would think they would want to keep our business in house. Number 1) We were able to get half of the work done at an honest garage for more than $1,000.00 less than this Subaru dealership quoted us. Number 2) The job that didn't need to be done was an additional savings for us. Number 3) We will address the other jobs they say we need done at a later date and in fact will follow up whether in fact they are needed or fabricated. The provided pictures they supposedly took of our car is another warning sign for unknowing customers that said pictures most likely are not even your car. Beware and bring your hard earned dollars elsewhere and stay clear of this dishonest outfit which preys on loyal customers. More
