Great customer service from start to finish As soon as I stepped out of my car I was greeted by a service person with a friendly welcome and quickly identified why I was there. I was able to add an unplanned request to fix a cosmetic problem which was done at no additional cost. The waiting room was comfortable and the coffee and snacks were inviting. I was given an update during my visit on the cause of the issue and how much longer it might take. Once the work completed I was able to pay for the services without a delay. And my car was waiting outside and ready to go. More

quick and painless check in and check out for recall service Tim was friendly and professional during the check in. I got a pretty new car as a loaner. I don't think the whole process took more than 10 minutes, Tim was friendly and professional during the check in. I got a pretty new car as a loaner. Yet when my car was done, I walked in, gave Tim the loaner car key, paid for a battery replacement, got my key and left, probably less than 5 minutes. More

Excellent experience I was greeted as soon as I walked in to the showroom and taken to the service manager.When I told him why I was as Granite Subaru he took my keys,told I was greeted as soon as I walked in to the showroom and taken to the service manager.When I told him why I was as Granite Subaru he took my keys,told me to get myself a cup of coffee and a snack,which I did..I sat in the comfortable waiting area and in less tha 30 minutes I was told that the work was finished.I was treated courteously by everyone'at Granite and would not have any problem recommending my friends and neighbors.
