I have been going to this dealership for many, many years, through many management/owner changeovers - the customer service has always been excellent I have been going to this dealership for many, many years, through many management/owner changeovers - the customer service has always been excellent - even when they had to deal with corporate "rules". Currently the business does not feel "corporate" at all, more like they used to years ago. Very happy to have stayed through it all...the present business is great! The service is excellent - if you are needing service right away they will squeeze you in if they can. They are always professional and friendly at the counter and on the phone. Sales Dept. is great, also. They are very helpful through all the steps of buying/leasing a car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone - even if you don't own a Subaru. :-) More

Safety recall results in disfunctional brake I took my 2016 Forester in for a safety recall, a switch under the brake pedal. On my way home, my brake started acting up. I called, and a manager an I took my 2016 Forester in for a safety recall, a switch under the brake pedal. On my way home, my brake started acting up. I called, and a manager and mechanic were immediately dispatched, came to my location and reset the brake. It seemed like it was fixed, but on my way home from there, the problem returned. Again, they responded immediately to my call, came to my location and fixed it again. This time it seems to be truly fixed. The whole ordeal took about 5 hours and significant stress, for a 30-minute appointment. The issue was handled promptly, professionally and courteously, but the fact that there were serious problems with my brake - twice! - after a safety recall causes me to lose all confidence in the mechanics working on my car. Thankfully the issue did not result in any injury. More
