I have used this dealership and service center for over 10 years and have never been disappointed! I purchased.a 2008 Subaru Forester in December 2007 and after 10 years and 283K miles, I purchased a 2017 Subaru Cross Trek from this dealership. Will not trust anyone else with my Subaru! The level of service was outstanding My wife arrived the morning at the dealership without appointment but a "frightening" sound was coming out of underneath the car. The service adviser My wife arrived the morning at the dealership without appointment but a "frightening" sound was coming out of underneath the car. The service adviser took the car and diagnose a heat shield issue with the exhaust and told her it will take about 2 hours. My wife was looking for a taxi to get back home when the service adviser told her he will take her back home. 2 hours later we got a call the car was ready, and after picking it up it was silent as it should be.... They went overboard to the level of service knowing that it wasn't any service slot available for the next 8 days. Thank you More
