Recall & general service visit I was able to drop my car off early and they had a loaner at the ready for me. The man who helped me out (Tim) was friendly, efficient, and helpful. It was the most friendly reception I've had at car service possibly ever. I really appreciated the service report with photos that explained all of the items and then the follow up to help answer questions and walk me through my options. They had my car ready in plenty of time to pick it up at the end of the day and I can't say enough great things about how helpful it is to be able to get a full inside/outside wash while it's there! More

I love my Subaru! Had two factory recalls issued against my car. Brought the car into the dealership and was given a nice loaner car for the 3 weeks that my car was in Had two factory recalls issued against my car. Brought the car into the dealership and was given a nice loaner car for the 3 weeks that my car was in the shop. A bit of a wait, but there were 150 people in line ahead of me for the recall work, so no complaints. Had them replace the struts and mounts in the front, and fix a rattling noise as well. At the last minute, I requested they do a platinum level detail on the car. It's so pleasurable to drive the vehicle now. All of the heating and sound controls look brand new. The leather seats are totally reconditioned and it smells mint. I love my Subaru! More
