Sales and service the way it should be. I brought my car in for an un-announced oil change. I was met by Tim R. Who was friendly and welcoming. After a brief couple of questions my car was in for its service. While my car was being serviced I sat in a relaxing massage chair. After 30 minutes my car was ready and I was fully massaged and off on my way. Great job Granite Subaru I will be keep coming back. More

My only complaint in at least 5 years is that I had to fail inspection to find out my tires needed to be replaced. Having had the car serviced just a few months earlier, it would have been helpful to know then that the tires were nearing their end. Prompt, courteous people and all work done well I was having an inspection done and the 30,000 mile maintenance. You drive up and someone comes out immediately to talk with you.
