I love my Subaru! Had two factory recalls issued against my car. Brought the car into the dealership and was given a nice loaner car for the 3 weeks that my car was in Had two factory recalls issued against my car. Brought the car into the dealership and was given a nice loaner car for the 3 weeks that my car was in the shop. A bit of a wait, but there were 150 people in line ahead of me for the recall work, so no complaints. Had them replace the struts and mounts in the front, and fix a rattling noise as well. At the last minute, I requested they do a platinum level detail on the car. It's so pleasurable to drive the vehicle now. All of the heating and sound controls look brand new. The leather seats are totally reconditioned and it smells mint. I love my Subaru! More
The level of service was outstanding My wife arrived the morning at the dealership without appointment but a "frightening" sound was coming out of underneath the car. The service adviser My wife arrived the morning at the dealership without appointment but a "frightening" sound was coming out of underneath the car. The service adviser took the car and diagnose a heat shield issue with the exhaust and told her it will take about 2 hours. My wife was looking for a taxi to get back home when the service adviser told her he will take her back home. 2 hours later we got a call the car was ready, and after picking it up it was silent as it should be.... They went overboard to the level of service knowing that it wasn't any service slot available for the next 8 days. Thank you More

Fast courteous service When I lived in Wilmington MA, I took my Subaru to Wakefield. Loved that dealership. It was exactly 45 minutes later that my car was ready. The service department employees are super friendly, cordial and polite. I have used this dealership and service center for over 10 years and have never been disappointed! I purchased.a 2008 Subaru Forester in December 2007 and after 10 years and 283K miles, I purchased a 2017 Subaru Cross Trek from this dealership. Will not trust anyone else with my Subaru!
