Good service but new issues appeared I took my Subaru Forester in for a 60,000 service and recall service. However, having just used my windows again since the service, the driver’s seat window operation is janky. The auto down doesn’t work and it will go up an inch at a time as long as I start and stop pulling the lever. This problem was not present before the service. Maybe it’s just a coincidence. More

Nothing special I was disappointed with my first experience in the service department at Granite Subaru. Not only did I wait for a fairly long period when I arrived, I was disappointed with my first experience in the service department at Granite Subaru. Not only did I wait for a fairly long period when I arrived, several small items were not taken carry of even though I requested them (car wash, front license plate installed). I also received an insistent call asking me to call back immediately as if it was a red flag emergency when it turned out there was a misunderstanding about cross bars being installed. Having just come from experiences with Mazda service where I have never waited to check in, where there are free snacks and a pleasant waiting room, easygoing staff, and free car washes, I was certainly disappointed with the lack of careful attention I received. More
