Simple Service Gone Wrong Brought my new Impreza in for its first oil service. Started having issues with engine bucking right after leaving the dealership. Checked the dips Brought my new Impreza in for its first oil service. Started having issues with engine bucking right after leaving the dealership. Checked the dipstick and oil was filled at least 4 inches past the full line. Brought it back for the bogging issues. They drained some oil then said it’s ok and runs just like any other 2019. The car still drives like garbage. More

We go to your service center because we bought the car there. This will be the last time we go there and I will be billing you for the cost of getting it inspected again. More

Waited a long time for a scheduled state inspection Took one to 1 1/2 hours for inspection for a 2 yr old car, that only needed tires. Then, when I returned with the new tires installed, waited another Took one to 1 1/2 hours for inspection for a 2 yr old car, that only needed tires. Then, when I returned with the new tires installed, waited another 30 minutes to have an inspection sticker put on. The service rep I had was nice, but have never wasted so much time for what's normally a 15 minute job. Disappointing. More
