Simple Oil Change Gone Wrong I had a great experience buying my 2019 Impreza from these guys 3 months and and was really happy with the car and the sales team. Forward to my fi I had a great experience buying my 2019 Impreza from these guys 3 months and and was really happy with the car and the sales team. Forward to my first service / oil change a few weeks ago. After leaving the dealership I noticed my car driving strange and bucking at a specific rpm. First thing I checked was the oil and it was overfilled by a lot. Brought it back to have the issue repaired and kept receiving contradicting updates; one stating they can’t get it to drive the way it should, then the next saying it drives the same as any standard transmission car on their lot. The problem was never resolved and even after talking with Subaru of America I am still at a stand still while it is progressively getting worse. These guys used to do great work on my vehicle in the past. I’m curious as to what happened. Maybe my car was just that one unlucky visit? More
