The brake fluid change was described as “over 3 years ago” though it was correctly documented as 6/2017 (just over2 years ago). The picture of the brake fluid reservoir was not from my car- not even from a Subaru and made the fluid look much darker than it actually was. A wheel lug was broken by the tech during the service, but wasn’t fixed- this will cause me an extra trip to NH to fix it and prevent corrosion of the lug. The oil change seemed to take longer than usual. Booking the appointment online took longer than usual as the menu forces you to now go through many more service add-on options than it used to. More

No pressure dealership I bought my Subaru Forester at Granite Subaru this summer, and it was a very different experience than I have had in the past at other dealerships - n I bought my Subaru Forester at Granite Subaru this summer, and it was a very different experience than I have had in the past at other dealerships - no pressure...no pressure from the salesman, no pressure about extended warranties, etc. I have also not had great experiences with dealership service centers in the past - too busy, long waits, poor customer service. That was definitely not the case at Granite Subaru. I brought my car in for my first oil change and was in and out in 30 minutes! The service center staff was pleasant and there was a comfortable waiting area. I do not usually bring my car to the dealership for service except for warranty work and recalls, but after this first experience at Granite Subaru service center, I just might! More

Unethical Service - Cannot properly install new tires I am very surprised that Mr. Angotti would allow such unethical practices in the service department at his dealership. We have had to take our Imprez I am very surprised that Mr. Angotti would allow such unethical practices in the service department at his dealership. We have had to take our Impreza back 3 times now for improperly installed (and obviously not inspected) tires causing them to go flat again after being replaced. It was bad enough the service manager treated my 18 year daughter like a lying criminal in not accepting that she did not hit anything. She left the dealership in tears and will not return. She should not have been victimized this way. The dealership replaced all 4 tires and the same tire went flat again in the pouring rain. My husband had to leave work and go rescue my daughter a 2nd time then take time off work to take the car to have tires replaced only for the tire to go flat AGAIN during thanksgiving when we were driving our elderly parents. Technicians who don’t want to perform the job to the highest standards or inspect the work should consider the safety of others. We are lucky our daughter is a safe driver and did not get hurt from a blowout. This is unacceptable and there seems to be zero accountability at the service Dept. We have lost time at work, had a stressful holiday and had undue stress and risk placed on our elderly parents and daughter due to a poorly managed service department where we pay top dollar. More
state inspection went in for state inspection. Although I didn't purchase my Subaru there, it did not matter. EVERYONE in service was, as always, genuinely friendly went in for state inspection.
