They appear to assign the work to be done on your car to a skilled technician who can handle all the repairs. My cars have been fairly new and repairs uncomplicated. I have overheard bad news (expensive repair on an older car) described politely to customers and with pros and cons accurately included. The service staff, IMO is the more customer oriented team in the store. FWIW, a longer-term customer who lives in my condo building recently lamented that cars are no longer washed after service.visits Recent increased personnel rollover indicates some issues may exist in the front. I'm hoping the departures might solve at least some issues. For my last 2¢ worth, the snack selection in the basket leaves a lot to be desired but the vending machine makes up for it. More

When I walked through the glass doors I picked up a good vibe, I had scheduled the appointment with my phone and pleasant smiles greeted me at the service desk, they had my service request ready and made some recommendations I had not thought of. Thoughtfully I was asked if I would like a loaner vehicle because my car would not be ready for a few hours, I accepted and was notified promptly when the service was completed, I returned with the loaner vehicle and quickly was sitting back in my well maintained ride feeling confident on the road once again! All was right with the world. More

As I live in Derry, I do have a mechanic that I am comfortable with. I've had my 2010 Forester for about 9 years now. My next Subaru will be purchased at Granite State Subaru. More
