Went in for a state inspection only to leave feeling cheated. It seems that Granite Subaru is looking for things to find to overcharge you for any repairs that they claim needs to be done in order to pa cheated. I asked for the questionable parts to be saved to show me that they had to be replaced only to mysteriously go missing. I feel as though they’re no better than Prime. More

I have mixed reviews about this dealership. They helped me with a new battery but can’t tell me why my battery keeps draining. My car is 3 years old (bought it new) and had the battery replaced twice. It’s me with a new battery but can’t tell me why my battery keeps draining. Had a great service appointment Waiting room was comfortable. Was given a loaner car due to the fact that my repair was a 3 hr. appointment. Did some local shopping and came back. Not very happy. I paid $995 for the special ceramic coating & it didn’t work. I have yet to receive a call back from Granite Subaru to discuss how the black smudges are still there & now there is a scr coating & it didn’t work. I have yet to receive a call back from Granite Subaru to discuss how the black smudges are still there & now there is a scratch on my trunk. I’ve had the car less than 2 months.
