A new issue with this Service Department at every visit! I have had a bad experience every time I have come into this service department. This last visit was made better because they didn't charge me for my I have had a bad experience every time I have come into this service department. It is still the most convenient location and has the best behind the counter people so I still go here for service. More

Great service I had to wait a moment because the people checking customers in were quite busy. All 3 of them stated someone would be right with me. I realize that they have a list of people that are coming in, but I was there at an earlier time than scheduled. Very friendly service. I even asked if they could do an additional service that I didn't list on my appointment request--if they had time. The answer was 'We'll make the time!' So far I've been very happy here! More
