Sales and service the way it should be. I brought my car in for an un-announced oil change. I was met by Tim R. Who was friendly and welcoming. After a brief couple of questions my car was in for its service. While my car was being serviced I sat in a relaxing massage chair. We always have good experiences a with Subaru in Hudson. Alex was great!!! He made sure we were happy with our new crosstrek. He came with us when we were test driving the Subaru Crosstrek and explained all Alex was great!!! He made sure we were happy with our new crosstrek. My only complaint in at least 5 years is that I had to fail inspection to find out my tires needed to be replaced. Having had the car serviced just a few months earlier, it would have been helpful to know then that the tires were nearing their end. That said, the service I received for the tire replacement was of the same excellent quality I've come to expect. More
