Great service I brought my car in for a D service and was warmly welcomed by the staff. I was able to leave my car there and come back that day to pick it up. They I brought my car in for a D service and was warmly welcomed by the staff. I was able to leave my car there and come back that day to pick it up. They called to let me know my car was ready, threw in a car wash and wheel wax and added my coupon. Also they had treats for my dog. Great service! More

He is a true professional in dealing with customers and it's obvious to me, he knows the importance of customer satisfaction. In fact, I have been so satisfied with Granite Subaru, that several months ago, I bough a second Subaru. The service department has always completed the work on time and I have never had an issue in getting a loaner car. Purchasing both my wife's Subaru and mine was a no pressure experience and I will definitely be back when it's time to purchase again. Thanks Granite Subaru and a special thanks to Tim Prevett. P.S.
