Very easy sale, with two minor issues Very smooth transaction. Two issues: 1. The Armour All sales pitch was a bit much. 2. Service Reps were great. Very professional and kind Went in for a 12000 mile oil change made an app't and they were great. Got the car washed and vacuumed for only $9!. Way beyond expectations! After a horrible experience at local dealer, we headed to Hudson NH to look for our 8th Subaru. It was well worth the drive from Manchester. The red carpet was out but why wouldn't it.... once on the property, we were treated like royalty. When sales consultant Bob Razzino left his desk for a moment, my husband & I looked at each other stunned at the difference from one dealership to another. Then and there we agreed, this is our 1st purchase with Granite Subaru but won't be our last. It was quite obvious to us that this guy, Bob Razzino loved his job and the product. He was extremely knowledgeable and without hesitation answered all our questions. Actually he told us the things once you get home you wished you had thought to ask. All that and courteous & trustworthy as well. The love story isn't over yet. We then went to complete the transaction and lightning struck twice in same spot with Patrick Norton, Business Manager. Here again we found the knowledgeable professional that anyone could ask for. Patrick did not seem to mind answering the same questions twice and did so pleasantly. Subaru is fortunate to have Granite Subaru representing their fine product. Is it any wonder that they are #1 Subaru dealer in all of NH for 2019? If you are not awarded next year's title, Subaru Corp. will hear from me!!! To think that if not for the Granite Subaru good guys I'd be driving a new Nissan Rogue and not my 8th Subaru Outback...
