The negotiation, if you call it that, was simple because the original price was fair (I was able to confirm this because a family member works in sales at Subaru in NY). Great customer service from start to finish As soon as I stepped out of my car I was greeted by a service person with a friendly welcome and quickly identified why I was there. I was able to add an unplanned request to fix a cosmetic problem which was done at no additional cost. The waiting room was comfortable and the coffee and snacks were inviting. I was given an update during my visit on the cause of the issue and how much longer it might take. Once the work completed I was able to pay for the services without a delay. And my car was waiting outside and ready to go. More
