Low tire pressure light came on while in Manchester. I drove to Granite Subaru from Manchester, and without and appointment they checked my tires inside of an hour. Tim was very helpful. I got everything I was looking for! I went to Granite Subaru to lease my first Subaru. I went thinking I wanted a Legacy, but with a set price range in mind, Shawn was able to find me an I went to Granite Subaru to lease my first Subaru. I went thinking I wanted a Legacy, but with a set price range in mind, Shawn was able to find me an Impreza with all of the bells and whistles I wanted that was also in my budget. I am very pleased with my experience and all of the help that he provided me with to get me exactly what I was looking for. I LOVE my new Impreza sport! Shawn was excellent in aiding me in finding my dream car, and Patrick was incredible in working with me to make sure I got it, thank you both! More
Simple Service Gone Wrong Brought my new Impreza in for its first oil service. Started having issues with engine bucking right after leaving the dealership. Checked the dips Brought my new Impreza in for its first oil service. Started having issues with engine bucking right after leaving the dealership. Checked the dipstick and oil was filled at least 4 inches past the full line. Brought it back for the bogging issues. They drained some oil then said it’s ok and runs just like any other 2019. The car still drives like garbage. More

We go to your service center because we bought the car there. This will be the last time we go there and I will be billing you for the cost of getting it inspected again. More

No pressure dealership I went to Granite Subaru to purchase a Forester because I saw in Consumer Reports that it was the top rated compact SUV. When I arrived I told the sal I went to Granite Subaru to purchase a Forester because I saw in Consumer Reports that it was the top rated compact SUV. When I arrived I told the salesman that was what brought me in and he, Charlie Peters, showed me a Consumer Reports magazine that showed Subaru was the top rated car manufacturer overall. I had done my homework and knew exactly what options I wanted. Charlie found the vehicle for me, and the only option that needed to be added was the auto dimming rear view and exterior mirrors. Charlie was pleasant to talk to and easy going. When we went over the finances with another gentleman it was also an easy experience - no pressure about purchasing additional warranties or service contracts, as this has been my experience in the past at other dealerships. When I picked up the car last night, Charlie spent a lot of time going over and explaining all the features with me, and there were a lot more features than on my previous vehicle. I suspect I required a lot more time than most and Charlie was very patient with me. I highly recommend Granite Subaru and Charlie Peters! More

I was The purchase experience was excellent. I mentioned on my initial visit that my goal was to test drive the Forester to compare it to other cars. I was handed the keys of a car to drive. I was told take as much time as needed. After a couple of days we decided to go with the car. The best part of the experience was Gary Smith who was our salesman. He answered all our questions and got us into the car that had the features that we requested (Blind spot, rear cross traffic and a few other options that were important.) Once we purchased the car, Gary took the time to demonstrate all the electronic features. We were never pressured during any part of the buying process which made the decision easy to purchase our Forrester from Granite. More
