Battery change on used vehicle purchase I bought a used vehicle and when I went to pick the car up the next day, the battery was dead. They jumped it for me and told me to bring it over to t I bought a used vehicle and when I went to pick the car up the next day, the battery was dead. It was much appreciated since it was a new purchase so I didn’t have to worry about the battery down the road. More

Ownership and accountability This location was formerly Prime Subaru and Nashua Subaru before that. My wife and I had looked at many cars over the years here as it is very close This location was formerly Prime Subaru and Nashua Subaru before that. My wife and I had looked at many cars over the years here as it is very close to our home. We had never bought as we never fully trusted the vehicles or the colleagues. We ended up purchasing 2 used Outbacks in 2017 at a dealership up north. When we received recall notices on both Outbacks, we discovered that this location has had an ownership change and name change. Being a lifelong resident of Hudson, I was happy to see that Granite Subaru is owned by a Hudson resident. We took our cars in to Granite Subaru for the recall repairs and were happy with the service. When it was time to add a third Subaru to the family lineup, we came in and spoke with Mario Pimentel. Mario put us into a used Subaru that we liked a lot. Like some used vehicles, we discovered a couple issues with this one and brought it in for repair. One of the issues was taken care of and the other could not be repaired. Mario teamed up with Sales Manager Michael Wright to ensure our satisfaction. Both went above and beyond to get us another used Subaru that we would be happy with. The service that we received from Mario and Michael is the type of service that I wish we could find everywhere. They took ownership and accountability of the issue and fixed it. I feel confident that Granite Subaru is not just here to sell cars, they are here to build relationships with their community. I'm glad that we gave them a chance to build a relationship with us. Thank you Mario and Michael! More
