I have come into Granite for a few things. Oil changes, a recall, and issue with my remote starter and always a easy pleasant experience. I bought my crosstrek at a different dealership and wish I bought It at Granite Subaru. I have not been back to the other dealership since I bought my car and haven't heard from them since i got it 2 years ago. Granite always ask how my experience was and is very customer friendly without being overly done. They will have my business as long as I own my Subaru. More
Quick and honest! I needed new air filters and they said it was fine for us to do them ourselves, and they told us that we shouldn't do the battery check now to wait. Good service but new issues appeared I took my Subaru Forester in for a 60,000 service and recall service. However, having just used my windows again since the service, the driver’s seat window operation is janky. The auto down doesn’t work and it will go up an inch at a time as long as I start and stop pulling the lever. This problem was not present before the service. Maybe it’s just a coincidence. More
