The entire team showed great respect, treated us with dignity, did NOT try to pressure sell us and made SURE we were getting the EXACT vehicle we wanted. Customer service at the sales point was above and beyond. What really earned my respect though, was when I had a problem with Sirius Radio not honoring their contract. This was in no way Subaru's fault, yet Art spent HOURS on the phone with Sirius and managed to get the problem sorted. He went far above and beyond what I have ever experienced before at ANY dealership. The customer service at Prime Subaru does not end with the sale. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are COMPLETELY satisfied. I don't feel like a 'customer' at Prime. Art, Mike and the rest of the team in Sale and the team in Service make me feel like family. More

Great first experience with Prime Subaru, Hudson NH I recently purchased a new Subaru Legacy this week. This is my first experience at this dealership, as well as with Subaru's. My salesman was Art Otre I recently purchased a new Subaru Legacy this week. This is my first experience at this dealership, as well as with Subaru's. My salesman was Art Otremba, and he was excellent to work with. I came in very indecisive and full of questions, but Art was very patient with me! I came in on three separate occasions to compare both the Impreza and Legacy, and Art was very thorough while showing me both vehicles and waiting for me to make up my mind. Art, as well as the other sales managers, made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Buying a car is very overwhelming, but Prime Subaru helped to make this experience much less stressful. I would highly recommend checking out Prime Subaru in Hudson if you are looking for a new Subaru. More

Took the car home that day and had an issue- brakes were sounding and a parking lamp was out. Informed Art about it immediately set up an appointment to get it fixed. Service advisor, Randy, called me the day before the appointment to address my concerns; brought the vehicle in this morning had it taken care of and had me out within an hour. Great service guys! More
