Awesome customer service! I just want to start off saying Art Otremba did an AMAZING job! I went in knowing what I wanted and Art made it happen for me. He went above and beyon I just want to start off saying Art Otremba did an AMAZING job! I went in knowing what I wanted and Art made it happen for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the car and knew exactly what vehicle I was getting into. I'm new to driving standard and he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase and even offered to help me learn standard himself! He sat with me for an hour and made sure I knew what all the different buttons did and all the different features my car has to offer. Excellent customer service and I will for sure recommend him and the dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle! More

Poor Staff, Nothing but LIES. The sales rep. Steve Willis lied about several things. We talked to some lady that guaranteed she would call back the next morning with the Manager to The sales rep. We called back a few days later left a message. Finally received call from the Manager, John Marino. He insulted my wife, lied or just does not have the proper education to speak intelligently to potential customers. He continued with his misinformation and hung up on my wife. Lied constantly and even contradicted himself. Would never purchase a vehicle there or even take one of their vehicles if they were free. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AS YOU WILL BE 100% LIED TO AND DISAPPOINTED. More

Painless buying process I came into Prime to take a look at getting my first Subaru via an internet price request/search for the perfect car for me. Art was great about expl I came into Prime to take a look at getting my first Subaru via an internet price request/search for the perfect car for me. Art was great about explaining not only the available options but also refreshingly looked to make sure I didn't over-buy stuff I wouldn't need. The team worked to find the exact car I was looking for even though it wasn't on their lot, and got it for me at a price that I felt good about paying. Everyone was great to work with, no hard sell on any of the add-on's during the finance process, and went out of their way to find some additional options that I inquired about which I appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to send a friend or family over to these guys at all, and the all wheel drive worked great for me this winter! More

Not only did we get the right price, we were delighted with a wonderful experience with our salesperson, Art Otremba. He arranged a super surprise for our daughter with the car, decorating it with balloons and "hiding it" for her to find her sweet new wheels. It was a lot of fun and a great car experience. More
