Great No Pressure Team of Professionals I am always hesitant when shopping for a car due to high pressure salesmen. Granite Subaru is the exception. They are down to earth, real people who I am always hesitant when shopping for a car due to high pressure salesmen. Granite Subaru is the exception. They are down to earth, real people who understand that buying a car is a big investment these days with sticker prices the cost of what I paid for my first home. My salesman, Gary Smith, was amazing and so patient with me while trying to decide which model Subaru I wanted to purchase. He showed me what I wanted to see and did not try to get me to spend more than I wanted to. When I finally decided on the model I wanted, I met with Pat Norton in the business office to work out the details for financing, purchasing an extended warrantee and a service plan. He showed me so many different options until I found one that met my budget. The vehicle I purchased as the showroom model, so the battery was dead and had to be jump started. This dealership when above and beyond when Michael Wright stepped in the office and told me they were installing a brand new battery, which gave me peace of mind since I travel long distances and did not want to get stuck with a dead battery. I picked the car up the next morning and waited just a few minutes for them to put the new battery in the car, then I was off and running. It was a great experience at Granite Subaru! Much better than the previous ownership of Prime! More

I was a woman on a mission, I knew what I wanted, what I didn’t want, and I didn’t want to be fed any BS along the way. Steve picked up on that and handled our deal accordingly. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or like he was being pushy (which is good because I had already walked on two other salesmen elsewhere who did not heed my warning, and I didn’t even have to give Steve that verbal warning, because he did a killer job of reading my situation). Steve was recommended to us by a 40 year Subaru owner and I will surely pass that recommendation along to others. I’ve had the car for a week and I have no buyers remorse, nor do I feel that any aspect of our deal was unfair. Our financing guy was great, too, unfortunately I was a little too excited to drive off in my new car to remember his name, which speaks to my poor memory, not his lack of being remembered. He got me a killer financing deal with an extended warranty and service package. I wish I could give him his proper credit in the deal. This is my first Subaru and I’m going to hazard a guess that it won’t be my last! More

Great first-time experience. Came in as a new customer looking to purchase either a certified used Legacy or a new Legacy. The salesperson, Art, spent a lot of time with me and was very helpful. I test drove three cars, and ended up ordering a new Suburu Legacy. Dealership, especially Jim Angotti, the GM, was excellent with financing and explaining options. When I returned to pick up the car, Art and Jim went over all of the functions of the car to make sure I knew everything it could do. Would definitely recommend this dealership for a car-buying experience. More

He asked many questions, trying to get a feel for what we were looking for. I didn't feel pressured at all, and he show us several options via computer until we narrowed it down to one, which we took for a test drive. I when we returned we haggled a bit, and Jim Angotti explained the price statement to us, along with the the benefits of having a certified car and the warranty. After we decided to buy it we were sent to the financier Tom Ryder.. We liked him very much. He matched the best other loan interest rate we could get, and to make the service package more attainable, tweaked the interest rate/term just a little. After the paperwork was done I wasn't rushed out the door. Art showed me many of the different features of the car and how to use them. He even paired my cellphone and the car's Bluetooth. All the employees seem to really like their jobs and spoke well not only of Subaru, but of that particular dealership. We were assured many times, and saw evidence of it, that we are now part of a place that we could count on to take care of us and our car--in short, one big happy family! More
