Continued Commitement I purchased my STI from what is now Granite Subaru in 2012. I now have over 205K miles on my car thanks in part to their outstanding service departme I purchased my STI from what is now Granite Subaru in 2012. I now have over 205K miles on my car thanks in part to their outstanding service department. I have been a long term customer with both my STI and my wife's Impreza. Typically I have worked with either Jen or Tim at the service desk, both of whom go above and beyond to make my service experience easy: loaner vehicles, scheduling, communicating issues, etc. This spring my car was in for a recall and they notified me that my breaks were in need of repair. The repair grew more involved as they often do with high mileage cars, but Jen worked with me to find price conscious alternatives to keep the cost reasonable. They kept my car for an extra day to test drive it and ensure everything was resolved, while keeping me in a loaner vehicle so the repair would not interfere with my life. A few weeks after the repair, one of my brand new rotors started vibrating like it was warped, which happens occasionally if there is residual stress in the casting. I took my car back to Granite Subaru Service. They took my car right back in without an appointment, test drove it, and replaced the warped rotor under warranty without any charge to me or hassle. I appreciate that they have a continued commitment to servicing their vehicles. Thanks Again. More

I had to reschedule my appointment and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful! Met with smiles and warm hello's, every single employee I touched base with was pleasant and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised. A free inspection of my systems was offered - took it and nothing was wrong. No Charge. In and out in the specified allotted time. I can't say enough good about this experience and believe me I am a worthy critic of today's customer service reps in business today. More

Most items seemed reasonably priced except for the brakes (pads and rotors) and a new battery, so I opted out of those repairs. I loved the car wash deal. It really needed it! More
