I purchased a Santa Fe from another dealer. The Heater wasn't working. The Other Dealer stated I needed to take it to a Hyundai dealer. I called Granite Hyundai service department and they made an appointment for me. When I arrived I was met by Anthony. I informed him of what was going on, he said give me an hour to check things out, an hour later Anthony came to me with a few questions. He let me know what was going on, that it was a sensor, it was still covered by the warranty. He said it would take a few hours to replace sit tight. True to his word Anthony came back when the work was done. I left with an appointment for routine service care. Even though I purchased the car from another dealer, I will be coming to Granite Hyundai for all service work. Next time I will just purchase a vehicle from Granite Hyundai. More
